Well I suck at relationships. I don't know why but I can never keep a relationship going for more than a couple of weeks. I have the personality to attract girls I can admit but then when it comes to face-to-face stuff, that's where I fail. I've posted on loads of forums about this and nobody has ever really given me any decent advice. Maybe you guys can help. How can I learn to relax around a girl?
jus be yourself dude. dont try to be something your not cause then they'll like for that person and not your true self. what happens when you face to face?
When around ur girl, go into the mode you would go into if you were around a trusted friend, or ur brothers or cousins or something, try to understand that this person has an elevated interest in you, and you dont have to stress about trying to overly impress the individual, cuzz she is already interested in you, you just have to relax around her and not be all tense, remember, she wants to be with you, not a stressed out, worrying all the time you.
Organize your thought... list what your problems are and one by one try to sort them out. Thats what I did, I was in a relationship for 8 months then it ended, I then did some self analysis and succeeded in modifying my defects !
Why do you want to relax around a girl? Don't you enjoy the butterflies in the pit of your stomach. Isn't that what being excited about someone is all about?
You can always explain to the girl your situation. Let her know that things might be rough and it might take some time before you can act naturally around her. If she thinks you're worth it, she'll stick around.
