I am tolerant, to a point though.
I'm tolerant of every other culture that is in this country. They keep there ways and traditions and still find a way to integrate into our society.
Only muslims want everything their way. Why should I tolerate that?

personally, i love it. "canadians are SO NICE and they have universal health care!" boy, THAT'S gonna end PFQ. at least, the "so nice" thing. some of the things i've heard out of canadian mouths have ASTONISHED me.

personally i think amnesty and citizenship. i've celebrated so many cultural occaisions and shopped in so many "little this country or that" that i don't really see the problem. and i have to admit, seeing people decorate their piece of land in something other than beige with a manicured lawn brings my heart a little thrill.

i'm backing off, canada guy. really. i've always believed that people are just people. but i've had to put up with smug canadians all my life. at least most of us americans here know we're pricks. it's a hard truth to accept, and i suppose, in the mythical land of canadia, it's even harder to admit that rednecks exist. but rednecks are everywhere.

okay, though, in all seriousness, it's not fair for people to show up en masse and completely change the entire legal system and landscape to suit themselves. i imagine the native americans were equally as pissed and equally as helpless. nothing stays the same forever.

 

Though the idea that this is what is actually happening with east-west immigration is, simply put, ludicrous. European colonisation of the Americas genuinely had the character of an invasion, with usurpation of land and massacres of te natives. Here we are talking about an overwhelming majority of immigrants who get jobs and fit in with "our" system and a small proportion who don't. Our innately essentialist psychology fails to distinguish between individuals and the group.

 

I love hockey!! One time, at the end of practise, this girl had her hockey stick and swung back to do a really big hit - course i was behind her xD damn that hurt... haha...

I know a few muslims by sight and one i actually know. I like the girl i actually know, shes quite nice - alot nicer than her friends! And of the ones i know by sight some of them are alright, one of them seems like a right bitch. But i dont think thats with religon - probably more so her personality.

stop fighting amongst yourself and save your energy for fighting the muslims - did ya hear what went on in Denmark. ALL the newspapers and TV channel news reprinted and showed those cartoons in protest at the muslim community existing in denmark and infringing on Danish values
