    Hmm... Moss & Hay. Are you a vegetarian?

    I'm actually the grandfather of the word 'Hay' as an introduction back in the seventies... It's my legacy! But a lot of times when I'd say it, people would respond, "Hay is for horses." Well I grew up in Kansas and actually did tend to horses on occasion.

    Well as the story goes, when I would enter a stable the horses always wanted oats but you need to feed them hay as well. So I'd always greet them with, "Hay." Letting them know who was boss...

    So any way, I thought it sounded good for humans too and took years of ridicule and abuse for it but now of course everyone says it, but they spell it 'hey'. I do to because I couldn't take any more sarcasm... until now.
