Is this weed or not?

A friend of mine got hold of this, he was told it was weed. But it doesnt look like any weed i have seen before

Can anyone tell me - is it weed, or was he ripped off?

I am used to tight buds, So with this, can you smoke the lot you see in that pic, or you have to take off the bits that look like long leaf things?

Ya lots of stems but it looks like weed for sure. You can smoke the stems but there really isnt much point, it'll taste kind of different also. I've seen schwag before that looked a lot shittier than that though, so you're good.

Yeah that might be too much in a pipe. Make/Use a bong with ice cold water or maybe a joint or blunt.

I'd smoke the stems with the weed, because I'd smoke them anyway, but alone its gross. Only that in a bong though.

EDIT:: or just put salt in the water to lower the freezing temperature. That'd probably work better.

You've got ripped OFF. That is some really shitty weed you've got there, it has the right color but it stops there.

Maybe you can get high off it ... take the whole bag and make spacepancakes out of it and eat alone. Smoking will most likely be crap, since the grower probably also didn't know how to properly dry and cure his weed.

BTW, I wouldn't pay money for something like that at all (they should pay you for smoking anything like that). Next time, search for nice and hard buds. It's not a gaurentee you are going to get quality, but the chance on better weed is alot higher when you buy buds.
