whats a good email

    was just wondering if anyone knows of a good email that i can sign up for. i would like something that does mail forwarding to my original email and something that hides my ip when i write to people. i have heard of things like of emails that use a hub of some sort and its sent there first and then redirected to who you are emailing and the same when someone replies. does anyone know what i am on about? lol. thanx for the replies
