Mail order safety (lost packages and unwanted visits)

There has been some repots of lost packages and DEA visits lately so I wanted to post a few safety tips.

First off most all of them start with “lost” packages the shipping company claims they are lost and they are looking for them. Well if you are ordering a gray chemical and it gets “lost” it is more then likely in the possession of customs and the DEA.
People have been calling the shipping companies and inquiring about the “lost” packages all you are doing is incriminating your self. They just record your call take your info and say they are looking for it.
There has been some vendors who are getting pretty much all of the packages seized or “lost” and they are still taking money and sending out packages. I sure they don’t care they are using fake names in China.

Records they have been tracing back to people are paypal, western union and records from shipping companies (all of these sources corporate fully with law enforcement and they do not need a warrant to get information from them) and they have also used records off of seized computers from the vendors.

The DEA visits reported lately have been without warrants it seems they don’t have enough info to get warrants. But they have been using very aggressive interrogation tactics.
Such as saying the chemicals are used to manufacture drugs and the amounts are more then simple possession, international smuggling, we will freeze your house unless you let us in. Basic police scare tactics.
The age-old rule seems to apply don’t give out info if you do it will be used against you.

They have also been targeting wifes, girlfriends, parents and people with access to the home and telling them that if they let them in to get the chemicals it will be ok but if not everyone will go to prison.

Also visits have been happing many months after lost packages and such. So basically if you have ever ordered make sure anyone in your home knows never to consent to an illegal search and give out incriminating info.

They are trying to collect incriminating info on some of the vendors and seize drugs and get statements to use against them. So far I haven’t heard of any personal consumers getting any charges.

Most of these types of chemicals can be used for many other things such as enhancing the colors and moods of Betta fish. 1 mg of phenethylamine or tryptamines per gallon of water once every 2 weeks.

I thought they were research chems because we need to study their properties and characteristics. I would say its not quite wise to ingest these chems.

 

Very good sticky I have read a few unsettling reports about unwanted visits and a lot of trouble that could have been avoided with a few things said and done differently.

 

I definitely would recommend not calling the shipping company looking for your lost RC's. Try explaining that one in court. Hey, you will probably get off if you can afford a good lawyer. No thanks. I'll take my licks and move on. If the RC vendor is asking me to be responsible, then I'm asking them to do the same when shipping.

 

Is there a website with more information on these so called busts? I have never heard of anyone getting busted by the dea for purchasing a NON scheduled RC. As long as it is NOT intended for human consuption it is legal. I guess they could just be being assholes though.

I have read a few posts on Bluelight about people getting visits from the DEA. The ones I read the DEA took the chemicals as evidence against the company that sent them but some of the people had other stuff and went to jail for the illegal stuff.
I read a post about someone facing state police charges on RCs but I think the police tested them and said they were something else that was scheduled.
I’ve heard of a bust of RCs in England I think it was called operation Isame or something like that.
I have read a few about people getting busted for getting meth and ecstasy in the U.S. and Canada. It does happen over the years I have heard of it time to time.

I don’t think there is a website that indexes stuff like that though.

People get caught with drugs in the mail all the time they usually don’t go post about it all over myspace, facebook of hipforums.
A lot of people don’t post in forums or write about every time the get high or get police visits.
But the usual tactics the DEA uses is to collect information over a while and then on day just go after dozens and dozens of people around the country in one day.
Another thing to consider is when these chemicals get scheduled…
Will the DEA pull out a bunch of lists and go door to door because they know that a few months before someone got 3 years worth of chemicals that are now illegal?

It is a gray area watch your ass and try not to leave a big trail to your front door. Or you might find a pack of wolves there one day.

yea the microgram bulletin is always a interesting read, they do get rc's fairly regular, but I think alot of these cases are thrown out before going to court

 

wouldn't it be a safer choice to leave it at a very close and trusted friends house? that way the DEA can search your house and find nothing....

 

This must be why my china bean isn't sending to the US any more..... God damn it! Just when the monkeys had enough saved to get what they wanted. Is Canada having any problems with lost packages?

 

What about simple letters (< 20g) ? I have the idea it is a safer way to ship.

 

A letter is very hard for customs to pick up on. Just think about all the other thousands of letters that they have to deal with everyday. Where as, a suspicious looking package, sticks out from the crowd. This is usually the cause of custom's seizing packages, they are poorly packaged. Make sure to check if your vendor is notorious for poor packaging before you place an order with them.

The DEA, State authorities, and so on, are supposed to do things legit and nice-like. They are not supposed to intimidate people with lies. Even though it is technically legal to do so.

They do it anyway. The US (and other govts) are also employing illegal data gathering techniques to aquire "off book" data that allows them to target individuals. That data is never used in court, nor ever admitted to. Once they have illegally established that you are doing something fishy, they use borderline legal tactics to get you, or a relative, to give them enough information to actually arrest and convict you. In other situations, they are using forfeiture laws to get money and property, even in situations where there has never been ANY evidence of wrong doing, off book or otherwise.

If you want to stay safe, you have to assume that these guys are a powerful, global cartel that controls law enforcement.. because in essence, they are. I know that they do, in fact, keep the most violent offenders in check, and that is great work.. violence is bullshit and should be dealt with. It's the non violent folks that shouldn't be touched.. but they do, in order to justify their budget to congress/parliament/etc. In fact they OFTEN target non violent growers or chemists because they know there is little risk, and that often these guys will just roll over without a big stink, making their confiscation efforts easier. Why haven't we heard of Citibank, for instance, targetted for money laundering? Gee, I wonder?

If you order anything through the mail that is considered "suspicious" or is illegal, then you are rolling the dice every time. Period. There are numerous cases of totally innocent people (actual fish farmers, animal breeders, and so on) getting raided and screwed with because "they HAVE to be making drugs".

So keep all this in mind. The best way to avoid trouble is to never have the eye of the dragon pointed in your direction, not relying on some notion of "what is legal". Think like a spy.

If you must order something through the mail like this, then do it through some service or avenue that is not even in your state. Find or make a very good friend who will not roll on you and have him receive it, then have him dead drop the package somewhere for you to pick up. Instruct him to say something like "I didnt know what it was, since I didn't order anything. I opened it and saw a bunch of weird bottles, so I got rid of it/tossed it in the garbage/etc" Be smart about all of this. Don't worry about satellite pictures unless you are moving hundreds of pounds of something (it costs a LOT of money to task a sat). DO worry about your friend being followed to the dead drop location, so make sure the drop is obscured somehow from view, or is gotten to in his normal, day to day activities. DONT talk about ANYTHING related to this with a cell phone in the room, even while it is off it can be turned on by the authorities (illegally). Later they can just say they got an "anonymous tip". DONT talk about ANYTHING on the phone (any phone), AT ALL. Get an RF box for your cell phone and USE it when you want to talk about anything that is risky. DONT use an online service to order unless you are using a good encryption service or are at a library terminal. Preferably not one in your town.

THINK people. Assume Big Brother IS watching and you'll be much more safe.

 

Good info for anyone selling Rc's but i'm thinking the same as Tanman35, i'm just another user local police barely care when they bust me with illegal drugs i guarantee the DEA has no interest in me for unaddictive semi legal chemicals. I wouldn't be worried unless your buying illegal ones through the mail or a whole shitload of the legal ones

 

While on the subject though does hushmail keep all your e mails in a database after you permanently delete them? Heard some people got busted through there just wondering

 

A lot of people selling stuff over the web are always posting crap like “don’t worry they don’t care” just send the money. And then they use the same fake return addresses and the same fake ID to collect all the money wires so their whole customer list is available to LE once a package gets found.

They disappear but LE has your name and address.

Most of the time when a supplier gets busted the DEA investigators have a talk with them and the suppliers say they are doing nothing illegal and have nothing to hide and give the investigators all the records if they don’t already have them from shipping and money transaction.

It happened a few months ago with that couple from England selling stuff that if for making meth. The DEA went on a big fishing spree with that list.
That guy from the hive when he gave the DEA his customer list they had fun with that one and some people went to prison over that fishing trip.
Same stuff happened with all that steroid stuff last year they got lists and paid certain people visits, some unlucky ones went to jail.

The DEA and other LE branches get these lists and make visits, surveillance and traffic stops with them.

How do they decide whom to look at?
The money amounts in transactions?
Are the people unemployed or fit the profile of a drug dealer or producer?

Who knows but they do make visits and arrests for theses lists they obtain.

I haven’t heard of people getting charged with small amounts of RCs but I have heard of people getting busted for other drugs because they got the attention of DEA from mail order activities.

I know someone that had the DEA come bang on their door for a mail order purchase made a year and a half before. They were just a married couple that bought a couple a grams of samples and the DEA said they were on their visit list. Lucky them

I wonder what they will do with the huge list they get from that Canadian guy.
All the DOC stuff and the scheduled chems he has sent out, you don’t want to be on the top of that one.
