Not soap and water, but breaking water into hydrogen and oxygen. Cleaning our environment will eliminate global warming and restore our planet's balance.

The internal combustion engine has done more to pollute our planet than any other cause. To be able to get rid of the particulates in our air requires a total turn around by every one. The "third world", as it tries to play catch up with the Western world is geometrically adding to the world's pollution, but how can we honestly deny them transportation.

Breaking the cycle of using oil based energy needs to happen now, not some time in the future. The effects of warming are on the hairy edge of being irreversible today. So we need to do the Manhattan Project type of science.

Putting up money (prize awards) will help, but the scam artists need to be dealt with harshly to keep information exchange open and viable.

I am an inventor and have made great advances in the production of hydrogen from water, BUT because of the scammers, it is impossible to get a car manufacturer to seriously look at science progress. Even trying to force the issue by building a car that runs on water is stopped through lack of funding, with those who offer funds trying to take the inventions away from the inventor.

Not that this is new - Testla (the inventor of AC power, hydro-generators, etc) died poor, because George Westinghouse (look him up) stole his best inventions and made millions on them. Trying not to be another Testla is very hard.

When an inventor trys to make things better, support them - hang the scam artists, but help the inventors, who are trying to fix things without being robbed.

Before one makes a judgement against an inventor, take the time to figure out if he is real or fake - kill the fakes and support the 2% (2% of humanity gives ALL of the inventions which the other 98% enjoy).

Support advances in water into energy projects - they are the only viable answer to our future energy, everything else will be found to be blind alleys.

But doesn't breaking water into oxygen/hydrogen actually takes more energy then hydrogen ''combustion'' would actually give you?

Water is the key to any enviornment.

And i think breaking water into hydrogen would just bring polution into the water cycle, thus contaminating the water source... Id say bad idea.

Yes it does, which is why another means of producing energy offsite is necessary while H2 can be used in place.

For example, you can use geothermal energy to produce electricity and split lots and lots of water into H2 and O2. Geothermal energy can't be transported, and electricity can only be transported so far, but H2 can be piped long distances. I'm not sure H2 is "the" answer or even one of the best answers, but it is a possible answer for a clean source of energy to many places.

No, the only product of the electrolysis of water is H2 and O2, neither of which is harmful, except perhaps in riduculously large amounts that we do not remotely have the capacity to produce. The only product from the combustion of H2 is water, H20. Using H2 as a source of energy is 100% clean, it just isn't very practical at present.
