so, heard about this from a friend. Would love to meet some friendly aliens, so im quite keen to try this. Is it legal, or are there any "medical research" ways of getting it in the UK, or will i need to look underground. similarly, i seem to have a very odd mind when it comes to psychedelics, and with both salvia and shrooms have had rather negative trips. What are the chances DMT will do the same? :S
Negative trips from salvia are very common... so are bad trips from shrooms. Its important to pay attention to set and setting, and if a bad trip does happen, then its important to try and work out WHY it happened. I wouldnt recommend dmt to someone who isnt able to work they way through a difficult shroom trip, but thats just my opinion.
yeah, i don't like salvia from what i've done so far. it doesnt mean you have a very odd mind, some psychedelics dont suit certain minds is all. but yeah, from what i hear about DMT, and from what I've experienced from LSD, DMT is some mf intense shit. i'm not sure there is a "why" to bad salvia trips. i really honestly feel that if you don't realize you had a scary, difficult trip, you either didn't break through or don't remember it. you don't have an odd mind when it comes to psychedelics. psychedelics are odd when it comes to your mind... and everyone else's. the chances are very good that dmt is going to be very psychedelic, similar to the way other psychedelics are pretty psychedelic. that's what they do. you've got a bunch of it in your head right now. download some terence mckenna talks.
Are you fucking kidding? Ayahuasca can be very very very intense, much more intense than smoking DMT. Plus you have to go on a vegan diet for a week. I wouldn't recommend ayahuasca to someone who can't even handle a mushroom experience. Ayahuasca can be more intense than smoked DMT. Ayahuasca is the crown of psychedelics, I would recommend trying everything else before trying that. I find low doses of DMT (non-breakthrough, around 25mg) smoked, are very very euphoric, visual, and pleasurable. I don't find it to be scary at all, and I don't see how someone could bad trip on that because it happens so fast. Now, breaking through (40mg+) can be extremely intense and scary. Now to answer your question. No, you will not be able to procure DMT legally in the UK for any reason. You must look underground. It's not on the streets, you will have to either extract it yourself (DMT for the Masses tek) or know a psychonaut who has it who will turn you on.
