What do you guys think some of the next generations street drugs will be as far as desginer drugs go, faster cheaper easier better stonger. Un-Controlled pre-cursors and new methods, new slate! More powerful and better than single drugs alone, designer drugs are becomming extrememly hot on on the streets, and chemists mind's im sure. It would be interesting to see a morphine based hallucinogenic with amphetamine backbone on there as well. Well Huxley's PiKal and TiKal only go so far so. What do you all think?
Something tell me new drugs will be in the Tryptamine family or most likely in a amphetamine family. I just hope new drugs will be more hallucinogenic instead of stimulants that get you heart racing and shit.
There might be new Designer drugs that come out and hit the streets in the future but they will never reach the level and profit making ability of the 2 kings of Designer drugs that you can make the most profit on and they are CrackCoacine and Meth !!! Those 2 drugs will always be number one and two of the Designer Drugs for profit making ability and sales.

the wizard at perdue has been tinkering with PEAs for at least 25 years. a friend of mine has a Boilermaker contact that is an apprentice of the wizard. word has it that a diisopropyl derivative of L is in the making. but I suspect tricyclic derivatives will be the big agents of research. tianeptine is a fascinating one. neuroplasticity is always pretty cool research
Okay structurally DIPT and L are quite different but it makes me wonder if the DIP moiety would be conductive more to the audio aspects compared to the visual hallucinations from L. And I wonder if they'll run it on the NMR.
that's a reasonable speculation, given that the methoxylated DiPT analogue has similar properties... though the lysergic acid structure has two extra pi-bonds, including a carbonyl, giving it a slightly different electrostatic character. I think it might have a different effect altogether... like strong synaesthesia. this compound is supposed to exceed LSD in potency
So are you getting at lysergic acid diisopropylamide Polymer?? I got what was supposed lysergic acic methylisopropylamide last year and though it was active in the 500+mcg range, it was very disappointing.
two isopropyl groups attached to the N (amide moeity) have equal electrostatic potential, donating electrons toward the nitrogen, which has slight resonance with the carbonyl. a methyl, and isopropyl, wouldn't have quite the same electrostatics....thus the dosage/effects would be a bit different. notice how I said supposed to exceed LSD in potency, but I have my doubts.. I suspect sterics to be a bit of an issue, but perhaps I'm overanalyzing it. any more carbons on the side chains, and sterics would definitely be an issue... the molecule would most likely be inactive.
I am thinking maybe some various members of the cannabinoid family maybe the larger group of terpenes but one can obviously just obtain herbal cannabis much cheaper than said could be synthesized or produced in methods other than the organic process

Now that we have the know how and equipment, while making drugs stronger we should also try and make them safer. If you knew someone had a new type of coke. That was totalling safe and not physically addictive. .That shit would be HOT! But yes, you know what I am getting at . . .
Maybe some of the LSD analogs - PRO-LAD, Eth-Lad, etc.. 2C-B-FLY better stimulants coming into public view such as MDPV, Desoxypipradrol, etc
