just made a brass bowl

So I just went to home depot and picked up a brass tube and an elbow joint to make a bowl. I also bought a faucet screen.

Now I've done some research and it looks like copper will fuck you up if you smoke out of it but brass is okay. However this brass is "red-brass" which means it has like 80% copper so it gives it a red tint. Do you think it is still okay to smoke out of this peice?

yeah, but I've heard that the fact that its an alloy makes it okay. They make brass pieces so I know its ok
