if by premo you mean weed with coke mixed in with it... then yea its worth it. but you might not like it. it would be alot easier to just snort the coke and smoke the weed...
lol i just don't like to mix coke or anything else for that matter in with my bud that and the fact that coke is fucking expensive where i live.. however if you havn't done it go for it. It's a different experience all together xD. If your smokeing it with other people tell them before hand becuz it might piss them off(as far as my experience goes).
