It would be kind of stupid to air a program that relied on false documents to support it's argument and then stand behind it, knowing the documents were flase.

There has been all kinds of information available about Bush for years - the fact that this latest bit of evidence may be fake doesn't change the fact that more than one person has verified that Bush (along with the children of the VAST MAJORITY of elite families in the united states at the time) was allowed to skirt serving in vietnam - the fact that Bush was issued a new driver's license number(an act otherwise unheard of - for the commoners) after being picked up twice for drunk driving - the fact that Bush was AWOL during routine health checks - during the same period when reports suggest he was using cocaine heavily...

All this, of course, is completely irrelevant, since we certainly don't need to look back 30 years to determine that Bush is a disgusting, vile cretin and an incompetent to boot. He wrecked Texas, and now he's wrecking the entire country - and the planet.

Well said LW.Now I haven't seen the latest on this but the last I heard, these documents MAY be false. That means they MAY be true as well.Since the officer who signed them is dead, who can say. some people think that the rich and well connected DON'T get special treatment/consideration when thay ask/pay for it.
Those of you that believe that are sadly mistaken and not in touch with the real world here.Money buys influence and privilege. It keeps spoiled rich duffases
like bushit well out of harms way. He's a chickenhawk, that says it all.I know most of you say that what happened 30 years ago don't mean shit now.I argue this,it shows charecter(sp) and solid commitment. But here's what really gets me,Kerry had the balls to join the vietnam vets against the war afterwards.I very much admire that.I did 21 months there. After coming back to the world I was(and still am) against any war that DOES NOT DIRECTLY THREATEN US HERE.9/11 is one thing and we should track down and eliminate the terrorists.Bit iraq had nothing whatsoever to do with that debacle.

Well, for starters, he changed pollution laws to allow oil, coal, and chemical companies to spew filth everywhere, causing Houston to take the #1 spot as the most polluted city in the country. Second, he lowered taxes, causing Texas to go BANKRUPT (gee, sound familiar?). He reduced funding for nearly all social programs...

No doubt Homebudz! You won't here an apology from Rush Limbaugh no matter how much he lies or how many racial slurs he makes.

How pathetic. If you are refering to the "racial slur" about the black football player get a life.

I like Rush, he makes me laugh and shows how stupid the libral side is. I like Savage, Chris, Snow, Beck, and a list of others. All inteligent men with fully automatic knowledge guns aimed at the left!

Oh I see. They can lie, spread false rumors, give racial slurs, as long as they make you laugh. You sir are a douche-bag.

The only reason CBS apologized for their error is because they have credibility to protect.

    http://www.cnn.com/2003/SHOWBIZ/10/02/limbaugh/

Limbaugh said on Thursday he stepped down late Wednesday from the show "Sunday NFL Countdown" to protect the network from the uproar caused by his statement that Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb was overrated because the media wanted to see a black quarterback succeed.
