I have just finished a series of books, (twighlight, new moon and some other one) anyways, they are about a teenage vampire who falls in love with a mortal girl. The mortal girl really, really wants to doink him bad.

So, this question came to my little ol' head. (and yes, I know that vampire are not real)

If vampires were real, could they get erections? and how?

I would think that a vampire couldnt walk around with a stiffy all the time, and since there heart does not beat, how does the blood flow to the penis in order to make it hard.

course you could argue that when stoker wrote the original dracula, the whole blood drinking thing was just a big ol' euphamism for doinking.

If a vampire drinks blood it seems that it should go straight to the stomach and not to the penis.
