    It's so true!
I generally loathe having to cook, the few times a month I do cook my own food it's very healthy and includes plenty of different sources for vitamins and nutrients, but anymore that's only once a week, when I have my son on saturdays. During the week if I have money I eat pizza or chinese food, if Im broke I eat mac and cheese or ramen or cans of green beans. I drink soda and at least one cup of juice a day, some water, and tea but that's about as varied as I get.
I dont overeat and Im a healthy enough weight, but it's true, I am so lazy when it comes to personal health and I even slack off on my yoga very often. I really need to fix something about myself!

I think you are a lazy vegetarian too, sometimes I am too and I dont like cooking or eat really well, but most of the time I do eat food I cook myself and if I dont, I usually dont eat as much pizza
But now with the new grocery store, this can be the first step to a healthier diet. Eating right is so important, I can see almost immediately how not eating well affects my general wellbeing, from my mood to my energy level, to my sleeping.

    Snap man.

I've been a 'vegetarian' for the full 18 years.. but i've always eaten the odd fish finger.. so i guess i'm not a vege.. i know theres a word for it but i can't remember.

Also i hate mushrooms peppers and corgette.

I think i'm gonna start eating meat.. because i need the extra options.

There's a lot of things you can make quickly that are actually good enough for you when you feel lazy. Most veggie burgers are decent for you, frozen burritos with beans and rice you can microwave, stuff you can just stick in the oven... and yeah I usually just chop up vegetables and add some curry to it or something like that which is pretty easy, but you can even just buy a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. You can buy frozen bags of veggie stuff already seasoned from trader joe's and whole foods. So if you're lazy, it doesn't mean you have to eat unhealthy ya knowww. Good luck =)

    Thank you Magical :D
Here is the lunch I just made! I fried 2 black bean veggie burgers, put them on whole wheat buns with shredded monterey jack cheese and added some spicey taco sauce! Best lunch I ever ever had.
    namaste!!!
