First of all, Alaska is not on the same continent as Chile. In fact, there is no continent called America. There are, however, two seperate continents called North America and South America.

Second of all, I live in a country called the United States of America, called so because it is a federal union of states in North America, people just call it america because there's too many syllables in The United States of America for casual conversation.

Third, there is only one George W Bush in the US, the rest of us are distinctly NOT George W Bush. Please do not get us confused with that guy, we're as confused as you as to what the fuck is going on here, they don't tell us shit.
