Smoking In Car

I was just wondering how long the smell of bud smoke stays in your car because i will be driving soon and i plan i smoking in my car b/c i really have no other place to smoke. i know it depends on what im smoking out of and if the windowds are down or not. im thinking i should get a dugout if i really want to smoke in my car...

 

It really depends, If you hotbox a car then leave the windows up and dont let it air out it can smell like pot for a few days. if you are smoking a joint with the windows down on the highway it will only linger strongly for a few min as long as the windows are down to let it air out. You will still be able to smell the slight odor of pot for a few hrs in there though.

Something else that will help to mask the smell is a good air freshener. I like the ones from Yankee Candle they seem to work really well. Also if you or one of your smoking buddies smokes cigs too that smell will mask the pot for a bit as well. That is as long as you dont mind your car smelling like an ash tray for a while. All in all though smoking in the car is a bit risky.

You cant just take your car and go to a secluded spot get out and burn then get back in and proceed on your way? That will leave virtually no smell in your car except for the smell on you which should disperse in a matter of minutes.

 

i really dont want any cig smell in my car at all. my parents are the problem i am worrying about. like if i smoke 7 or 8 hits out of a oney (more or less depending on how high i wanna be) with the windows down and i come home like an hour later should i be fine?

 

get a dugout, load up a small hit, hit it while your drive with ur window cracked a few inches, smoke will go right out. should air out real fast after that.

 

There is no way you can smoke outside? I smoked in my car last saturday twice. It stays in for awhile thats for sure.

 

yeah i can smoke outside...it would be very convienient if i could smoke in my car though...i will probably stick to smoking outside anyways since most people are going to tell me to just smoke outside...

 

go get those airfresheners that clip into your heater vents.they come in a 4 pack.get the wild berries one.put all 4 in your cars heater vents and crank the heat while you are smoking with a window open.a friend of mine bitches more about the air fresheners than he does the weed smell now.

Oh and my car was not moving after i smoked. ^^ If you toked up then hit the freeway with all windows down that would help much.

 

that was what i was asking man. i would have all my windows about halfway down and the driver window all the way down while smoking.

 

every morning on my way to school when i toke up i leave a small crack in my window and just blow the smoke out the crack, then leave the windows down a little as you drive elsewhere, i am lucky i go on a freeway in the morning so that fast air really moves smells out. But you never know when someone sees you doing that like a parent or brother and they start asking questions. I light a candle and have it burn as i drive which works excellent in getting rid of weed smell.
I rarely smoke cigs in the car if i do i keep it right near the crack of the window or if i am going slow i keep the cig completely outside and just bring it in for a hit.

yeah man i think you are a long way away from me...i heard you mention this to someone else before...but anyways im from Avon if you know where that is...its maybe 9 miles west of Indy in hendricks county

 

i'm live in indy but i go to avon, brownsburg and plainfield all the time. Most of the good stuff is out there and all my friends live there

Ive actually found that only opening the smokers window is the best. if you open all the windows, there will be a cross draft in your car and the smoke is less likely to directly exit the car. I just crack my window a few inches and smoke up. all the smoke goes out that little crack.

what i was saying is dont give them a reason to pul you over, and as far as your parents go, just keep some frebreeze in your car...lol...fabreeze is miracle shit....
