Hey Lauren, I tried to leave a response last night, but for some reason it didn't take. Anyway, thanks for being the second person to acknowledge me here. No I'm not going to leave, what I meant was that I probably won't check it very often if no one even cares to take the time to get to know me. It just seems really cliqueish. I respond to posts that interest me, and no one even seems to notice that I've popped in. Anyway, since I have YOUR attention, maybe you can find a way to turn people on to my radio show. I responded to a thread called "Psychedelic Radio Shows" or something like that (because I thought that would be the appropriate thread) and no one has posted on that thread since. It's called Travel With Your Mind, and it's on Saturdays at 2 AM EST(technically Sunday morning) at www.communityradio.coop. I play all sorts of psychedelic rock from all over the world and all periods of time(although it tends to be mostly 60's & 70's) Podcast is available at http://travelwithyourmind.podomatic.com/. This is not commercial self promotion because it's totally free, you don't even have to sign up to listen to my podcast. I only joined this group to tell people who might enjoy it about it, and since there's a lot of young people here,(although it appears that alot of them are pretty well educated) I might be able to turn some of them on to great Psychedelic bands that they might not have heard otherwise(because commercial american radio hates it). I get alot of hits and even downloads from all over the world, but no one leaves comments so I don't know what people think. This seems to be a place where people love to talk about music, so maybe they would be more into leaving me comments(hell I would even welcome criticism) to let me know that it's appreciated somewhere by somebody. If you want to check out that thread, it tells a little bit more about the show(special features, etc.) . Help me spread the word here and I'll love you forever.
