Hello, new here but lurked for a while. Swim has been on narctoics ranging from percocet to oxycontin to now dilaudid 2mg tabs for three years for chronic pain. swim has HUGE tolerance to narcotics and no feels nothing from the oxy's or the dilaudid orally. Swim went to try IV 2x2mg tabs in water - heated for a bit then drawn through cotton. There was a huge amount of orange goop left and the fluid in the syringe was resonably clear but orange tinged - is ths normal? Swim hasn't done the shot yet, but would like some advice. I think you may be right, he may have done so, but one has to wonder if he means himself. I just wrote in the 1st,2nd,3rd, and 4th person! I don't know about that swim acronym, the only website that enforces its use is useless, so yeah, I don't blame people for being careful, but why not just say, 'my friend wants to bang smack, where can he get some rigs?'

upon addition of water, a gel ensues...easlily remedied. Heard of generic oxy's with the same problem.
lay off b4 u get a real habit man. it only gets worse. cop, cook, draw, register, fire, tingle. i had to learn 4 myself that i didn't want to live that way. it's no life
There ars so many different pharmaceutical companys that make D's out there the 2 biggest are Roxane and Knoll pharmaceuticals and then there are generics made buy bolth companys and other companys.There might even be more then that but thats all I know of. anyways The Dilaudid made buy Knoll are usally easy to shoot-shake and bake D's meaning all you have to do is drop the d in water mix it up and its ready to shot you don't have to do anything else. like remove ths shit from the water etc.There are a few generics are like that also. As for the Roxane D's they are a bitch you have to remove the shit out of the water, Hey you can shoot the nasty shit up its not that good for you and don't miss your vein becasue there is a chance you will get a abscess. Every one does D's there own way some people like to heat the mix yp others don't some remove ths junky shit others don't. If you are a big opiate user it will take about 4mg to 8mg to get a nice rush, The high from Diladid sucks balls its really nothing. The only thing that you are going for when shoting Dilaudid is the rush of the drug hitting your system, Its the closest rush to herion there is if you IV enuff Dilaudid. The only thing that sucks is the high is not even 1/1000 to what Herion is.Do not eat Dilaudid or sniff them they suck the only thing D's are good for is shooting up. When eaten or sniffed they do not absorb well at all and you get hardly any high. D's are a great rush but a shitty high !!!!
Thanks. tonight 8mg water, cotton filter. Was clear. Nice rush but very short? Maybe 5-10 mins if that. Odd though it would be longer.
medic511 thats what every one says wow when it first hits It fells great the rush is outstanding. Then you expect to get the nice warm feeeling and get a great nob and a long high but it never ever follows the rush like with H. All Dilaudid's are good for is a 2 minute rush. you do get a high but its a weak short lasting high. Its weard I have no idea why Dilaudid's do that. It has to be the way the brain absorbs the narcotic or something in that manner.I mean for a rush that big you would think it would follow with a kick ass high ?
Do you think swim should maybe try 12mg instead of 8 - or would it still be same quick rush then nothing?
Also swim heard that dilaudid was one of the few that could be injected IM - prep the same way for IV. Thoughts anyone?
medic 511 its up to you if you can do 12mg only you know that man.When I was at my worst with Heron doing about 10 to 12 bags a day I could shoot 20mg of Dilaudids no problem, Its not something I would ever ever think about doing with out a huge opiate addiction-tolerance. A good 4mg to 6mg would probably do the trick if I stopped taking my methaonde for a day.But I knew back then I could handle it becasue my tolerance was so dam high and I was doing it for dso long. If one does not have a big tolerance to opiates I would not advise them to do over 4mg of dilaudids.For the second thing when you say IM do you mean skin popping shooting into your mussle ? If so thats a total waste. skinpopping there is no rush at all its not hitting your blood stream directly its going into your mussle and takes time to get to the brain also Skin popping pills is a great way to get a abscess. You should only mainline with pills.and its also a hell of alot better high mainlining because it hits your nervous system in seconds,skinpopping takes a good 5 minutees + to get into yoor system fully. Skinpopping opiates should only be done buy new Herion addicts who do not have a big tolerance for shooting but really can't get high from sniffing it anymore. I myself skinpopped for a long time before I ever tried hitting my vein.I wanted to make sure I had a good tolerance becasue I was so afraid to mainline.
Thanks for the advice - 10 was almost a bit much - considering trying to get some narcan just to have available. Still short rush but 8 seems good 10 seemed rough after rush.
