It sounds hard to beleive but its no lie. I found a website that had randomly generates numbers, not yet signed out to anyone. You could only purchase online but they still worked.

I didnt get anything out of it, i ordered a 23,000 dollar computer that was stopped at the border, they called my dad for verification and he void'ed it.
