    Hi folks.

I am currently living in the U.S., however I intend to visit Canada (Montreal and Ottawa) for a few days in the end of march with my car. I want to know, can I drive my car with my foreign driving license (I am originally from Europe and I have my native country's driving license + an international license). Thanks.

Ive seen it a couple times... The police will probably stop you and question you, and if your lucky you wont get a life sentence.

You should be good but I'd find a government website or something to double check by.

The key would be to not get pulled over while you were here. Know the traffic laws of the places you're going to. For instance, I don't think you can turn right on a red in Montreal but that might be fine in Ottawa. Stick deadly close to the speed limit in Ottawa, drive like a mad-man in Montreal (to fit in). Stuff like that.
