So as some of you may know, I haven't been smoking much lately due to the move back home, and stuff. But I recently got my mom's permission to smoke in the upstairs porch after dad goes to bed. So I usually go out there once a night and take a few good hits off the bong, and then go to bed relatively soon after.

But this morning my lungs feel a little funny. Sort of like I had been exercising or exerting myself in some way. They feel like they would after you've managed to catch your breath again after a good work out or a run. And it's a constant feeling. It hasn't gone away since I've noticed it maybe an hour ago. I've only had 2 cups of coffee this morning with splenda. And nothing to eat yet. So I'm wondering if it has something to do with smoking last night? Or maybe a reaction to the splenda or coffee?? I don't smoke cigarettes, and I'm generally healthy. It's just a weird sensation, and it's sort of bothering me. Especially since I was thinking about doing some exercise this morning, and am wondering if maybe I shouldn't now.

Anyone ever feel this way? And could it be related to the pot smoking last night?

yea it is a bit like a rushing feeling. I don't want to take a hit now though cause then I'll feel lazy and hungry for the rest of the day, and I have too much to do to get high.

yep, i get that too. it sucks when im out of pot for weeks, cuz then i feel like that without end. it must have something to do with daily smoking (at least thats my theory)

its kinda shitty and its hard to go to sleep too. ive never exercised while i feel like it, but its just cuz i feel like shit. but i think it cant hurt you

Thats what I was thinking. I always get a little tickly feeling in my chest about a day or so before I get a nasty chest cold.

Take a break from putting smoke in your lungs. You might feel better.

Does it feel kind of like - now matter how deep you breath in, you haven't breathed in enough?
