Indie Hunt - First Prize $1000 on SessionSound.com

We’re doing it again… we have just launched a search for new music talent with the Indie Hunt competition (we used to call it “Artist of the Month”). Fans get a chance to help discover & promote the indie music acts on the site, with the fan favourite & competition winner receiving a $1000 cash prize. The competition will run from mid January to the end of February 2008.​

With registration on the site free, the competition is open to all indie music acts with their music profile on the site. Previous winners of the competition include The Brobecks and Let’s Become Actors, both awesome acts which you should check out.​

Some terms & conditions…

• * you got to be a registered member of sessionsound to be eligible (obviously, since that’s how people get to vote for you)
  ​
  * minimum of 50 votes to have you eligible for the top prize
  ​
  * only one vote per fan - fans have to be members too, and we register IP addresses so the same computer can’t register heaps of times
  ​
  * the competition ends 29th February 2008
  ​
  * the winner is announced within one week of the competition ending
  ​
  * we reserve the right to kick a5sholes out who we find being sneaky (that’s the legal jargon out of the way
