Tips for being on the road with a lil weed?

ive been on my fair share of road trips, but this september im spending a month on the road goin cross country (so excited!)
anyway, ill be bringin a nice size stash. i figure ill have most of it put away, with just enough for the day or whatev handy. how can i best conceal it? should it be in something particular? should i forget usin a piece and just carry papers?

any advice is kindly appreciated (and any other tips for the trip, too)

(btw ill be driving)

 

if its a month on the road bring 4 ounces of mids if you cant get mids just go with schwag. use blunt wraps for that so u can smoke on the road. 1 ounce of dank with your bowl for when you arent driving

 

keep your buds in the trunk besides for enough you plan for smoking for the day, keep it well hidden in the trunk, joints are better because you dont get the paraphelnia charge if your busted, however, they're not as concealable say if a cops behind you or your behind a cop or pass a cop etc, you cant stop the smoke so a bowl will be a morth stealthy way because you can take hits as you please

be sure to bring cover up for the smell and mints if you have to talk to a cop

best advice anyone can give ya, but its up to you with getting caught and whats worth to you and whats not

 

Id carry 27 grams of dank. If you bring over that you can get way harsher charges. If your going cross countrying anyways then Im sure you'll meet some chill ppl along the way who got some green

 

5 ounces for a month?? that's insane..i don't even think i smoke that much in a year. but i'd say just bring 27g or whatever will get you the lowest penalty.

DON'T smoke it in the care ever..that's just dumb.

keep all your pieces and bud together. keep them out of site when your driving..you never know when or if you will be pulled over.

lol quit being a pussy. roll a buncha blunts and smoke out. make sure ur car is legal and that youre driving is good and youll be straight.

 

1) Buy the best herb you can, better to have a 1/2 z of headies than 2-3 zs of mids
2)Only break one law at a time, that means don't break any traffic laws
3)If you see a sign that says "drug stop ahead" just keep going. Cops will put signs like that up then stop all the cars that quickly get off at the next exit before the "drug stop"
4) Try to see if you can find any good stash spot in your car: underneath the plastic that covers the horn on the drivers wheel, or try to pop out the cup holders and stash underneath, etc.

yeah, but that "dumb shit" can land your ass in jail.

make sure your driving is IMPECCABLE. really, re-read some driver´s ed books or something. make sure all your exteral signal lights work, that the registration is good, everything else is up-to-date, etc.
DO NOT hang anything off your rear-view mirror. remove ALL bumper stickers.

keep your main stash well-hidden in the trunk. have ONLY what you need in the cabin of the car with you. have only ONE pipe for smoking.

*have a cigarette handy in case you get pulled over. doesnt matter if you dont smoke. i keep one in a glass cigar tube in the glove box and i´ve had to use it before. better to cover up the smell of weed smoke with more smoke, instead of really strong (and therefore, obvious) perfumes or mints.

in case you do get pulled over, DO NOT CONSENT TO A SEARCH.

anytime you´re smoking, lock your speed in at just over the speed limit (or exactly the limit). dont give police a reason to pull you over.


i can keep on going, but that´s a start. i´m all about doing these things because i´ve been fucked before. and it all started from a friend doing a rolling stop at a stop sign. next thing I know, i´m sittin in jail on the other side of the country from where i´m ´sposed to be.

prevention is a lot easier than dealin with the shit that could happen (I sound like a dentist)

Drive right, don't look like a dirtbag, and smoke some ciggies to cover up the smell.

And stash your main stash somewhere clever. A good one is inside a dog food bag. Most cops won't sift through a big bag of kibble, and if you get searched by a dog then it can serve as an excuse for the alert. Hell, bring a dog as well. They like road trips too.

I'd say bring just under an ounce of dank that should do. Well my rear view mirror can be moved just enough I can stash an ounce back there and when im on road trips I buy those cig looking papers to roll my weed and just roll maybe 4-5 at a time and keep them in the pack w/ my cigs.

If you have a chick with you, have her stuff it in her panties or braif you see any pigs. Also, decide ahead of time that IF you are caught, who will claim responsibility; no use in everyone getting caught.
Above all else, don't consent to anything, don't let them intimidate you. I've known a couple people who say "no" to a search and the cop tries to stare them down; stay firm. There's nothing they can do.

only use cigars, laws in diff states are a lot worse for paraphernalia. Its 6 months here.

keep weed not in glove department, or just don't keep any registration in there. keep it locked.

and don't do anything stupid. don't have college bumper stickers on your car either, cops look for that.

 

I just got back from a roadtrip yesterday and I had the same worries as you beforehand. Here's what I did to keep things straight:

-Hide your stash in places someone would have to think twice about. Most cops are men, so you can play on that. For instance, stashing a sack in a box of tampons or a bag of pads is great! They'll be nervous about the "feminine" stuff and just look inside. Also, a lot of my makeup compacts have a little spot underneath them to store a brush in. It isn't very big, but it's large enough to hold a few joints' worth. From the outside you can't even tell there is a "secret compartment." Little things like that. Sure, it's a pain in the ass to hide your stash all sorts of random places like that, but I found it actually helped in the long run. In the morning before starting out I could throw a few random objects in my bag and have my day's stash on me.

-Hide the rest of your stash in the trunk. Pull up the carpet and look for places to store it in the body of the car. For instance, where the spare tire is usually kept, etc. In my car, there is a side pocket where carjacking tools used to be. I kept my QP in there and put a TON of my stuff in that corner of the trunk. That way it looks like a regular roadtrip trunk.

-Roll a few joints in the morning and put them in with your cigarettes. Joints are the easiest way to smoke in the car, and they don't count for possession, so that's a bonus. My friend and I were worried about a cop seeing us pass the joint, so we made a rule that while one person lit up a joint, the other lit up a cigarette. It's less suspicious if it looks like both people in your car are just driving along enjoying a cig and the open road. If you pass the joint, just switch who holds the cigarette.

-If you want to smoke from a pipe, just be careful. Wait for traffic to pass you before lighting up, and use your body to hide the flame just in case. Being a girl with long hair is nice because you can use it to shield your face and no one can see what you're doing. Store it someplace, don't just throw it back in your bag.

-Smoke LOTS of cigarettes. Even if you wouldn't normally. Not only does it cover up the smell, a lot of times people are more forgiving of a moment's bad driving if, when they get closer, they see you with a cigarette. They just assume you might have dropped it, or were concerned with ashing in your ashtray, etc.

-Keep all paraphanelia, etc out of the front seat and kept away at all times it's not in use. No matter what. The last thing you want or need is to get pulled over and have to put things away in a panic. That will look very suspicious NEVER put anything in the glove box. When you reach for your driver's license and registration, they could see it easily. Same goes with anything in the front seat. It may look hidden to you, but from another angle that pipe in the door pockets could be really obvious. That's how my friend got busted a few years ago.

-Be an AMAZING driver! If you have access to a GPS device a/o a radar detector, use them. Make sure all your tags are up to date and your car is in tiptop shape. Read up on the laws in the area you'll be driving through. If a cop suspects you it won't take much to get you pulled over, so always be cautious.

-Go to the store beforehand and stock up on those little airfresheners you put in the vents of your car. When you aren't smoking, jack up the air hardcore for a bit and let them do their magic. The less your car reaks, the better. Keep some Fabreeze on hand, but don't overdo it. We kept it to a quick Fabreeze saturation spray in the middle of the day and once again before leaving the car for the night. The car always smelled like warm laundry and I LOVED IT! Hahaha

- Mints, gum, etc are always a great idea.

-Don't cash in the ashtray. In fact, keep yours clean. Sometimes cops can check those for residue and you're fucked. I like to drive with incense burning, so I used my ashtray to burn some Nag and patchouli. It does a nice job of neutralizing the air in the car and it's easy to tuck away when you close the ashtray, too!

It seems like a lot to think about, but it all boils down to being just a little over prepared. It's better to overdo it and be way safe then to not think of something and be screwed. Think ahead and use common sense and you should be fine. ENJOY the road and have some fun! Good luck!
