Hi, i want to buy a camcorder to film some of my travels and maybe some short arty films, whats the best type of camcorder to buy? with the best quality? i don't want to spend a ridiculous amount, a reasonable amount. Theres different types like 8mm, dvd, minidisc etc anybody know which is best? thanks xxx
I am very satisfied right now with my Canon HV20. It's a little pricey, over a thousand bucks, but the picture quality is stunning and it's very lightweight. The only thing I don't like about it is how noisy it is, but there are ways of getting around that. It takes small video cassettes.
