lookin for hippie friends in NYC

hey my boyfriend and i are freshmen at nyu (18 years old)...and we still havent really found any people we really like there....we are lookin for people who LOVE music such as Pink floyd, the beatles, zeppelin, stones, ccr, jefferson airplane, bob dylan..etc...and love to smoke..=)...we want true hippie friends that are just really easy to talk to and have a fun time liek we do.....and preferably liek art museums =) no superficial shit..all natural...

Hey guys. I go to Brooklyn College and live close to the campus. I like all of the artists you mention, although you didn't mention jam bands like The Grateful Dead which are my chief musical interest. EIther way, I'm always down to meet new people.

 

Dang, there's still people under 21 who listen to the Grateful Dead AND the Jeffereson Airplane? Who'd a thunk it?

I am not a hippy by any stretch and I am an old guy, too. But I like a lot of the people and posts here and I am definitely intent upon shaking things up a bit. Looking at life differently. In fact, I am very interested in trying shrooms. Let me know if anyone is interested in gathering for a happy hour or something.

Question. I have no idea how i would ever gain access to magic mushrooms. If people in my circles do them, they keep it quiet. I know I am pretty awkward in asking this but it shows you how far out of it I am. Any ideas?
