depending on how much detail i put into it, usually at least two school days. the one im working on right now, which ill probably post tomorrow, iv been working on for about four days.
They're all cool, but I really like the second from the top, the textures on it are great. The kind of reptilian scale background gives it a unique look. I dig your style man!
i like these a lot! if you're tormented by demons, at least they're making you be productive. cheers.
yeah iv done a couple, im jsut not that good at matching words with drawings. this is the newest one that i said i would post a few days ago, but im jsut now getting around to it. thanks for the replies
this is truly awesome work it reminds me of Johen Vasquez a little bit, the Jonny the homicidal maniac and invader Zim guy
(And don't forget Vasquez's Fillerbunny, Psychosis! :^) Made me think of R.Crumb kind of, but more reminscent of Infested Sinner. Truly impressive, dude.
Wow, these are cool. As already said, it's nice with all the details! Where do you get your inspiration from? Peace
really iv been drawing my whole life, because of my ADHD and depression/mood disorder. i would get in trouble for being obnoxious and causing trouble. Drawing was the best way to keep me out of trouble and get out my feeling without freaking out at people, so i just started doodleing in the margins of my assignments and drawing on blank paper and keeping to myself.
Hey. I relate in some aspects of that, certainly as far as depression and doodling in the margins. For me it can happen just automatically, not terribly consciously. Cool. :^)
Do you ever try submitting to horror/sci-fi mags. Small press ones don't usually pay much if anything but they are easier to get into. (I have done it in writing thus far, not art.) You could get some of this published, assuming you would want to.
no, i didnt even know you could do something like that. what kind of zines and do they have websites or how do i submit stuff?
Hey. You can find submission guidelines on their individual sites. One that springs to mind a I look at your stuff is called Black Petals. It can be a pain in the buddix dealing with the whole submission process, but I think you are easily good enough to get something out there. One that I have written for is Tales of the Talisman here in New Mexico. Don't have URLs handy but if you look you can find them. Good luck. You have real talent!
