quick question. i was wandering if a standard lightbulb (like in a lamp) would work for the first few days of a seedlings life. maybe for the 1st week. i was suppose to getlights tonight, but due to unforeseen circumstances i wont have enough $ for them until about wed. my beans r aalready germinating so they should be ready by sat. would this work? if so, what type of bulb should i use? im using a 30 gal. rubbermaid on top of another , could i even put a lamp in there just to get the seeds started? sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but i would rather not waste my seeds due to lack of finances, lol. thanks alot

Yea but it'll stretch, or not grow at all Spend $3 and go to the store, buy a CFL bulb, 6400K (daylight) and use it instead.

    Hey my man!

Go check out a book by SeeMoreBuds - Marijuana Buds for Less.

He does a real clean begineer setup with CFLs.

CFLs are the way to go if you are not going HID.
