Sorry, everyone, I was only listing the bands off the top of my head and didn't have room for more than 10, unfortunately . You all mentioned great artists/bands, too, though.

The thing about these bands is that almost every song by them is classic, and I can listen to all of their albums. And then there are some bands that put out a great collection of classic albums, but then didn't quit when they should've. One example would be Elton John, everything up to Captain Fantastic was good then he really turned to crap.

 

Floyd all the way..for me at least, one of the best bands ever in my book

The Who's "ok"~ a few good songs but not a band i'd listen to daily. The doors are phenomenal, as is QUEEN!!! (how can anyone hate Queen?! lol).
and, of course- the Beatles are gods.

The Doors,my number one choice! One of the greatest bands ever,as far as I am concerned. Followed by Led Zep,Beatles,Hendrix,and the early Stones. Hey I'm even wearing my old Stones t-shirt right now!

I'm a Led Zeppelin, Rush, Deep Purple guy. More on the trippy side.

Stoned or sober, Classic Rock has been my favorite my entire life. I just wish there was a few more classic rock flavored bands out there, than there is now.

Oh well.

 

The Beatles. "A Day in the Life" is one of my favorite songs along with several others of theirs.
