Sex Survey

We are working on a project that requires the opinions of 1,000 individuals 18 years or older who are willing to honestly answer questions regarding sex. All information is provided in strict confidence and can in no way be connected with the person answering the questions. The results will be used to profile adults based on their opinions regarding sex.

Who wrote that quiz?
The double negatives in the first few questions were confusing.
"Have you ever had an orgasm?" How does one answer that on a five point scale?

 

I thought they were trying to trick me with the homosapien question...
