Just moved to Iowa, and was curious how many other hip people were out here? I am living in a little town near Missouri Valley. I don't really know my way around here or where anything is. I do know that I love the peaceful nights, being able to see the stars, and all the nature around. I just need some good conversation here and there.
I was living in magnolia, but I moved back to Omaha about 6 months ago. I was having a hard time with the commute each day. It seems that almost 1/2 my paychecks were going toward gas
I lived in Minden for 6 years and thought I was spending too much on gas then when it was 1.29 a gallon. Those were the days....
I am so ready to try and live the small town Iowa life........atleast for my kids I think that they will have a better opportunity for a good education. Waterloo schools are not all bad (I went to them) but I want better for my kids...............do ya blame me??
