Could be a physiological issue, or just too much sex. Try leaving it for a while, don't do it for a few days (go to a concert in another state/county or something if you need an excuse, I know it's hard to stay out of someone's pants when they're that hot) and then see how you feel. But if it really hurts I would advise seeing a GU doctor. Sexual health clinics aren't as scary as you'd think, just really sterile clinical. If you go along to one they'll be pretty understanding.
