i finally went to the gym!!! woo...

anyway, the reason why i'm posting this in the mdma forum is because i'm trying to take it easy with my ecstasy obsession right...

so i went to the gym, and after a good work out.. i felt great, as good as it feels when i'm on E. well, not nearly as euphoric.. but close enough... lol

so i think i'm gonna keep this up. :)

drugs prevent you from doing/feeling anything naturally!

You do feel good and alive after you work out, and feel just better mentally. It's the high you got to work for.

it's the endorphines being released in your body that gives you the high from working out.

That's what kept me going to the gym, I love the "pump".

yeah, the closest feeling to e I get is after a long hike, not as intense obiously, but that same natural energized happy feeling.

In the long term, working out and feeling that high will never fade. However, using E will fade. Its an artificial feeling vs. a truely positive thing.

I think I will go work out right now!!:)
