At the local pharmacy... They give you dirty looks and shit but they can't do anything about you buying them (provided you're over 18)... I'd suggest not getting them if you look under 19, I'm not sure if they can card you but it's probably not a good thing for them to be seeing your name, address, etc. Stay away from them. There is nothing good about needles, just a life of misery and darkness.
find either accepting, or greedy people with diabetes. You can get large gauge ones at tractor supply if you're truly desperate, but they're mainly used for intramuscular.
the laws very state to state on over the counter selling... i dont know about ill. but most cities have exchanges, ask a homeless shelter.. but if ure at a stage where u aint got a habit give ureself a backhand...
The Needle exchange in the Bronx or from any Pharmacy in New York State. They passed a law like Twizz said in New York that any one over 18 is allowed to buy them with no questions asked.They are $1 each or you can get a 10 pack for like $7.
