Im goin to buy 2 new games for me 360 and its between these 4. mass effect, eternal sonata, assassins creed or COD4. im thinking ES and assassins creed. Just because i dont have live atm (new house) and the only thing i enjoyed about the others was the online play. what do u guys think

Mass Effect is amazing. I was sceptical when I first read that it was the best RPG on 360, bar none (even the mighty Oblivion), but after playing it it definitely competes for that title in my mind. I hear crazy things about CoD4, but it's all about the multiplayer. I hear it's not worth it without Live. Assassin's Creed got some mixed reviews. I mean they were all towards the top of the scale, but some people thought it got repetitive. I've only seen it played. I thought Eternal Sonata was an MMORPG, so I guess I don't know much of anything about it. Oh, wait, I was thinking of a game that got cancelled...
Oh, and you'd be doing yourself a favor to pick up the Orange Box, too. It was $40 at Best Buy, and I'll take that price for 5 great games anyday.
I second The Orange Box (and hurry up with that LIVE account so you can enjoy Team Fortress 2, even though, out of the 5 games, it's the worst. Which is still pretty freakin' good.) But, if not, Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect.
eternal sonata and assassins creed eternal is relally really really pretty but occasionally it feels a bit girly (i watch my bf play it sometimes, though hes all into assassins creed now)
^yeah in these choices i'v only seen eternal sonata/assassin's creed, good choices, but i have bioshock and it's..i...you could shit yourself. It's great. Also orange box after those 3.
