    slowly but surely creeping....creeping toward my goal... this week was HARD!!!

    yesterday I weighed in at 152. I need to do some more tai chi and eat lots of vegetables... I think I'm going to eat well and take dieter's tea for a week. Then I'm going to possibly go on the 2 week fat flush...

    I should start weighing in again. It's a good way to keep on track even after reaching goal.

    growl.. i think my scale might be broken... cos today I weighted in at 156. on sat I weighed 153 on someone elses scale..

    I weighed in yesterday at 152... I had almost given up but I haven't yet... 12 pounds to go.... anyone else feel like they've been losing weight forever??

    I´m doing WeightWatchers for 4 1/2 weeks now and I´ve lost 4,1 kg YAY!!

    What is a good time period to lose this weight in? I know I can unhealthily lose it as quick as I want, but I've already been through that and I wanna take it slow this time.

    Cmon people someone else has gotta be losing weight as well!

    height: 6 feet

    current weight: 172 lb (78.01 kg)

    12 more lbs to go. This is just too easy. I'm losing a bit more than 2 lbs a week, but I really can't do anything about it. No matter what I can't find an equillibrium between eating and exercise. I eat about 1k-1.5k calories a day and usually get about 30 minutes of running in, plus walking all over the place with my friends and doing other activities. Can anyone "adjust" my "plan" a bit for me? I tryed to research the negatives of losing weight fast and other than destroying tissue and organ, all that happens is loose skin, but I already have that so it doesn't matta, and I take vitamins every now and then to supplement when I don't feel like eating. Who knows.

    current weight: 170 lb (77.1 kg)

    I'm losing weight "better" now. Way less depravation and more skateboarding. I've lost 10 pounds in 25 days so I'm looking at about 2.5 pounds a week. Perfectly fine for me. I'm sure no one reads this anymore, but if anyone has any tips to prevent additional loose skin from occuring lemme know. I'm all ears.

    well i am 85.9kg's now

    i have been up and down since my last weigh in but now a days the weight is falling of by the kgs. lol

    @ mortes

    try skin tightening cream.
