His hosting provider is MELBOURNE I.T LTD, so failing that, call the cops, then eMail them and inform them they have a con-artist, stealing people's money through a fraudulent website, hosted on their servers. This ain't no Hippy magic, this is pure Hacker JuJu, this is my kung-fu and it is STRONG!:lol: It's amazing what you can find using a simple Whois lookup, totally legal and if people are going to commit acts of fraud, you'd think they'd try to remove that information by contacting their provider requesting it to be removed. I can tell you the cops take allegations of that kind of theft very seriously, if I where in your shoes i'd call the local operator and ask to be put through to florida PD then tell them everything that happened. Failing that you might want to consider the high-tech crime unit at the FBI and then call up his hosting company. It's not just the fact that he's taken your money and not delivered its the fact he is now in possession of your credit card details! But I can also see I'm talking to thin air here, you havent been online since december. Whats the good of telling people if they dont check back to see if we have the answer.
