i like hitting the gym up. me being stronger and healthier makes me more confident and less self-conscious

Build some muscle and get stronger and the confidence should soar.

You could also try learning a martial art.

Nothing says confidence like knowing you can break other people in half.

 

Maybe that is why I targer shoot alot? Nothing says confidence like being able to kill past 500 yards and empty 17 rounds in less than 8 seconds into a 4" group. lol

Release the need for outcomes.

It is your emotional attachment that is taking away your confidence.

If you do not care if you get the job or what the interviewer thinks about you, you will have total confidence.

Don't believe me. Try and get a job when you are desperate for money. People can smell desperation.

If you do not care what a girl thinks about you it is easy to talk to them.

In your mind if it does not matter what people think about you ,it is easy to read or speak in public.

When I am trying to sell a new client my product before I go in to meet with them I spend 10 minetes before expressing out loud how I do not care if they want my product.

I also say over and over that it make no difference what they think of me.

But no single post on a forum site is going to give you all the answers.

Well most kids at my school that arent into drugs think im some evil massive drug lord. It's sad.

I go into class and kids stop talking and look at me and then it's quite for the rest of class. It's an obvious giveaway.

I always here whispers like "that kid killed someone for a thousand dollars and "theres a crack dealer"

It just pisses me off.
