Any hippy Communes near arcata, or in humboldt county in general?

heading out that way soon, hoping there might be one I could check out since theres a sizeable hippy population out there.

any ideas? i'd appreciate the help.

Id say its a safe bet that there are some, But check out

I'm very familiar with Humboldt, and I do know of one commune. It is in Trinidad, which is about 15miles north of Arcata. I would rather not give the name, but ask around about a commune/village in Trinidad..... someone will be able to tell you.
