What do you think of the new album? I have to say I'm a little disappointed, but some of the songs are pretty good.
I liked the marketing more than the actual music. First CD from a major band that I've paid money for in a long time. I gave them ten bucks.
Don't have it but in a mag i was reading it was the 4th best album of 2007 right behind Arcade Fire's "Neon Bible" Which is saying a lot. but who knows?
I gotta say, i thought it should have been in every critics top 10 list. Hail to the thief was a long, fucking boring album so i was pleasantly surprised how good this was. I love radiohead but i dont kiss their ass and call every album they make a masterpiece, still, they havent made one bad album yet with the exception of Pablo Honey. Hell, the first time I listened to In Rainbows i was so happy i almost contemplated buying their first album....then i smacked some sense into me and just cuddled with my money instead
