I recently placed an order for a few "accesories" with an online glass company that goes by the name Chunky Glass Pipes (formerly Northwest Glass Art). I'm beginning to think the place is a scam because aside from the auto-response email I recieved upon order completion I have had no luck contacting the owner. I believe the owner used to post on this site under the name CGP, but I can't seem to find any recent posts by her. If you have any experience with this company, or any insight into my situation please, any information is helpful

Well, how recently did you place this order? They might be busy filling it for you - or have a high order volume. If we are talking a matter of weeks, then I would say you have a problem.
It's been more than two weeks and I just received the shipper's notification email. That is not to say that my order has shipped yet. Rather it implies that the company has called the post office and told them they had a package to go out. I still haven't been charged???
