    then does that mean hash is legal in the states that allow medical marijuana too? It's basically the same thing except stronger, right?

    Unfortunately, I've yet to smoke hash.

    In Oregon, a med card makes you legal for hash too:

    ORS 475.320 - Limits on amounts possessed. (1)(a) A registry identification cardholder or the designated primary caregiver of the cardholder may possess up to six mature marijuana plants and 24 ounces of usable marijuana.

    ORS 475.302 - (11) “Usable marijuana” means the dried leaves and flowers of the plant Cannabis family Moraceae, and any mixture or preparation thereof, that are appropriate for medical use as allowed in ORS 475.300 to 475.346. “Usable marijuana” does not include the seeds, stalks and roots of the plant.

    bro they sell some of the bombest hash, kief, oil, and other concentrates at the clinics, of course its legal as long as ur medicated
