So I was wondering what made you guys start smoking weed?

Not sure really, just kind of thought I should give it a shot.
Definetly, I wanted to for a while before i tried it, but I just thought it would be better to wait till I was less young and stupid. (I was 17 when I first tried it.)
In florida, at a wakeboard camp. (on 4/20)
2 can bowls (i know thats bad for you, i don't do it anymore) and a joint.

 

My first time was when I was 14 in the mall parking lot. I smoked with my friend and some of her other older pot head friends. It took a little while for me to feel it, but once I did it was the most euphoric feeling I'd ever had. So it was my friends that got me into it of course, but I had wanted to smoke already. We smoked out of a glass bowl.

 

well the first time i smoked i was 13 or 14 and i was hanging with some friends at the subway and my friend bought some purple and we rolled a joint went back in the woods and fired it up. I didnt get high tho my first time it wasnt till i smoked a blunt in a car with my other friend that i got really really high never been that since sadly but it was amazing and havent quit since.But i also wanted to try it for a very long time b4 i actually did it always and still does fascinate me in some way also i was big into the 70's era(still am) and i noticed it was the thing to do and i had talked to alot of friends bout it and my dad and me talk(ed) alot about it because he grew up in the 70's *wink* lol but yea

 

I never really wanted to try it, but then one day in 9th grade this girl asked if i wanted to smoke with her and i figured why the hell not. We smoked out of a coke can in some empty apt, then went sledding which was real fun. The only bad thing that day was i got the worst case of munchies and she wouldnt give me any food.

i dont remember my first time, i remember getting high before school on a regular basis in 6th grade,got caught smokin a joint at school the first time in 7th. i think first time i got high i was like 10..

oh the 70's were a wild time.. the stories i could tell...

i had 2 older sister and parents made them let me tag along everywhere they went. i guess as a chaperone,they quickly figured out if i was doin it to i couldnt narc on them without me gettin in trouble..

so that got me started with everything young,, first time i stuck a needle in my arm i was 13. wild times...

 

So I was wondering what made you guys start smoking weed?
For me it was to be cool with my cousin. He and I never really got along all through our childhood as he always took my younger bros side on things because he never saw the instigating he did and thought I was being a bully. One day his parents were visiting mine, and he came over with his friend. the three of us went back into the woods to explore, he pulled out a little metal pipe and asked if I had smoked before. I said yes of course all the time, though I had never done it in actuality. We got prett stoned that day and even more so many times after that.

Honestly, I don't know. I was niaeve (spelling?) and didn't know much about the stuff. I just figured, why the hell not.

out in the woods at my folks old place my a stream.

A metal pipe I believe.

We smoked a joint, then a bowl from a glass pipe, and then ended up buying $10 of schwag.

Not exactly sure since it was a while ago but these are my guesses.

she wasnt the very well off so maybe she didnt want to me eat her food, or they might have not had any, or my last guess is i didnt get any because food kills your high according her.

 

Oh. That sucks. I don't think it really kills your high, but it does change the feeling a bit.

what made you guys start smoking weed?: I don't really know, I mean I had alot of friends who did it. I never really saw it as that bad. and I guess I was just curious

Where did you smoke your first time?: Inside my attic. Me and a bunch of friends all sat in a circle passing around a pipe. We smoked a full eighth between 4 people in like, 20 minutes
What you smoke out of?: Wooden pipe.

 

i came home from school the first week of 9th, my sis was a senior and she was already home (seniors got out early first week), i walk in side and she says "you wanna get high" and i was like "sure" so we went to the woods and we smoked a bowl. i didnt get high until i smoked with her friends out of her old bong. ahh memories

 

yeah i think its mean as fuck, when u get sooo hungry - food is like heaven, but she might have had good reasons. anyway this is a dupe of so many other threads but fuck it.

tobaco, i smoked some cigs and friend said we should smoke a joint. i wasnt very interested but searched online, found this place - after a few nights of reading so many threads, i wanted to smoke more than anyone in the world.

When the time came i was so excited, i was 14 or 13 at the time, with a good friend and a bunch of other regular stoners, abit anxious but man o man did i want to feel what the hype was

Where did you smoke your first time?

A bridge on a stream in a forested area where some ppl walk there dogs, it was a beatifull and sunny day. i didnt get high though. next time was before school on the secind floor of oour school bus, i smoked it and was fine for maybe 10min (maybe didnt notice) - then we got to the school, i got up and almost collapsed - i was really paranoid at first but then was just so thrilled to actually be high, the other day had dissapointed me kind of.

What you smoke out of?

i smoked joints everytime i smoked- including first times. one time i got bud that wouldnt toke in a spliff, so i made a pipe out of a beer can. it was harsh and really shitty. then i think the next day there was an arguement here, 40oz posted a pic of why cant we all just get a bong, then someone posted because kids dont know of mail order. i looked it up, and got some bongs, pipes, sheets and other things i couldnt get personally.

 

i cant quite remember if the first time was

. with a hunting group when I was 15 and my much older cousin was with us and my parental figure and most the adults had left the area and my cousin who was like 36 then asked if i wanted to smoke,,i said sure . I got fried and needless to say just sat watching anything i was sposed to be shooting at all day long...

or if a woman i was sposed to be babysitting for gave me a couple joints n said smoke this n have fun.... My cousin n i smoked it, we were 15.. and it was some kickass stuff n we sat n had more fun with the kids than they had with us... been smokin ever since.....

not really sure - just felt like trying it. never seemed like it was a bad thing

when i first tried smoking cigarettes, i didnt really want to, but did. then (with the same friends) tried smoking weed a couple of weeks later. i forget if i really wanted to or not

Where did you smoke your first time?:
it was at this shitty house with these ghetto friends. schwag, of course. this guy was coming over to sell me and my friend some and my friend had apparently told him that i was a big stoner so I would know if i was getting ripped off or not. so i was told to just look at the bag and say, "yeah, this looks straight..." and buy it. kind of an awkward situation.

What you smoke out of?:
a metal pipe. didnt even get high, really. i think it was packed too tight and was hard to pull a hit from.


the first time i got high was on a church mission trip to Arkansas. sitting on a hillside under a ridiculously starry sky... we smoked a few times on that trip, and i remember wanting to smoke again each day. looking at the stars, i saw the big dipper and thought, "if that´s how big a ladel can be, imagine how big a HUMAN could be!" i really blew my mind. it´s just like they always say: once you lift the veil, you never see things the same again.
