Whats up fellow dreadtastic people! i was a bit curious when going to make a salt spray if epsom salt would be ok? i was kind of figuring salt is salt in this case to just dry and pull oils/moisture out of your hair, but didnt know if the whole addition of a nitrate or whatever it is they add to make epsom salt would affect anything. thanks for the help!
your best bet is sea salt, they sell it in grocery stores also, in the salt section U can use regular salt too.
yea i guess i shall make the trip to the store and snag some. i just had a big box of epsom salt laying around, figure id put it to good use
I as under the impression that regular salt has sugar in it, so it wouldn't be good for hair... I remember learning in home ec class that yeast and stuff that grows like to eat sugar...
That's bizarre. Salt doesn't have sugar in it, and if you try to start some bread dough with salt instead of sugar, I am certain that it won't work. I mean yeast loves sugar, but salt has no sugar in it.
