ACV rinse

    Hey everyone, this is my first post, im loving the dreadies :)

    So my question, what is the recipe for an acv rinse? I have a bit of dandruff and i have heard this helps to get rid, is that true?

    I think most people just dilute thier AVC with some water and then soak their head.

    I use straight AVC and a turkey baster. Squirt it on and let it sit for a bit. Rinse.

    what exactly is AVC? do it yourself recipe to clean your dreads? i would love to learn it!

    AVC stands for apple cider vinegar. i dont use it but some people swear by it.

    so just either soak or use a turkey baster like blazing said..hmm..may have to give that a shot, but salt spray even with epsom salt seems to be doing a fine job
