My rebellious years are something to laugh at... and cry about. I never went to high school (I was homeschooled), but as a teen, I was quite rebellious. I had to rebel, my parents were crazy. Probably the worst thing I did was cursing my parents out or punching my dad (once, when I was about 14. I was wrong, but that was a really troubled point in my life. I was dealing with an undiagnosed mental illness.). I was a very repressed child up until my late teens. I wasn't allowed to listen to contemporary music, or wear pants or even modern clothes, or date boys (not that I was ready to by any means). My parents didn't tell me anything about life. I was not a normal kid by any means. Haha, I remember taping the rock radio station with the volume down during the day and then listening to the tapes (or just the radio) with the volume real low (and my ear pressed up to the speaker) in my bedroom at night. Sneaking onto the internet at night. Watching TV or high-rated movies late at night with my siblings. Sneaking out with our older sis. Talking about stuff we weren't supposed to talk about. Buying clothes that my parents didn't approve of (and things that I would later toss, haha  ). I even went so far as to cut a hole in my mattress and store some pretty dresses there. One day they were gone. I don't know how they found them. Dad stole something of mine once and locked it in his room, so I took the doorknob off to get it. (Ha, real sneaky I was) One christmas (around 15) I bought a TV for my room. We had to be real careful in buying it but mom ended up seeing it. She didn't say anything in the car. When we walked inside the house I tried to get it upstairs before dad saw it. I think I dropped it, and he heard the sound, looked over, and was like: "What's that?" I said: "I bought a TV." He didn't look too happy, but I got away with it. (I had to have something to occupy my time and teach me about the real world since I didn't have any friends) I still have that TV. Once dad punished my by saying I couldn't eat and even went so far as to spend the night on the floor by the stairs so I couldn't sneak into the kitchen. Haha, well I'm a smart gal, when he went upstairs to brush his teeth I snuck down and got a pack of Ramen, took that up to my room, ate it raw. (He felt so bad though about doing it that he took me out to eat for lunch the next day, so I don't really hold it against him) Finally quitting church at 15 and going Wiccan. I'm not proud of the attitude I had then. I was a brat. But I was a misguided, hurting child. I'll never regret becoming the person I am today though, and it's because of those steps I took back then.
Haha, I forgot to add something. When I was 14, I wanted to cut my hair to my shoulders. Mom wouldn't allow, because godly women are supposed to have long hair. (It was a rats nest, even if I did have it cut, I never had it groomed or styled) I asked my older sister to cut it for me, but she didn't want to get in trouble. She said, "if you chop the length off, I'll fix it for you". So I did, and it looked pretty good once she got done with it. I felt like such a rebel! Lol. When it started to grow out again I asked her if she would cut it, and she refused. I chopped it anyway hoping she would feel sorry for me, and asked her again to fix it for me once I was done. She was just like "You're stuck with it". So I had to live with that bad haircut for awhile. But it wasn't too bad. I was such a dud compared to these kids... And I thought I was so wild! Lol. Compared to a lot of kids in my church I probably was though.
I wasnt too bad in school, I was respectful of people, I was just a bad student cause I didnt believe in what they were making us learn was important... At home was a different story. When I was 16 I ran away and stayed in a motel like a rockstar with my boyfriend. Poor parents.
I liked highschool...It was easy , not really challenging... sometimes boring. But I am a boring person so it was all good. Although I wouldnt ever go back...
ive really did to many bad things in school, i always thought you could have more fun if ya stayed out of trouble so i usually avoided it. So i suppose the worst things i ever did was take some pills and skipped class. But i did sit next to a kid that claimed to he was rolling one time and had smoked crack right before he came to class. Dunno if this was true but he was acting like he was pretty fucked up both of those days and the teachers were giving him weird looks the whole time.
Seriously... Both parents in the foster home I was placed were in the educational system... the mother in the same school district. I felt a certain default level of surveillance that most kids didn't- plus, I just was too damned chicken shit to do anything too out of line. I look back and realize that most of the folks who have good perspective didn't just break a few rules, they shattered them. I went through H.S. more like a domesticated animal.
My freshman year of highschool was my worst. I was at a private school(since I was 4 yrs old) up untill 10th.. but that 9th grade year our whole grade had about 25 people in it, which we all were in the same classes almost. We could get away with anything at that school. Our principal's car was so small you could get 6 people to pick it up. and we put it in the hallway once where he couldnt get it out. We put a really big fish in the vent and it rotted like 2 weeks later and fell down. We had a teacher named mr. sherman that talked like someone holding their nose, really nerdy kinda voice, we called him the sherminator, he would get sooo mad. We all thought he was a virgin and someone bought a shitload of condoms and threw them all over his room before class. We always wrote stuff on the overhead projector, when the teachers would turn it on there would be some funny shit writen on it about the teacher and everyone would laugh their asses off, fun times lol.. and we did alot of other stuff as well that year. 10th through 12th grade i attended a much bigger public school with about 3000 students. I had some real fun times there, but i couldnt do too much bad stuff because they had their own police department there, and had local city cops patroling the school alll the time. in the halls, outside, parkinglot.. I did once steal one of the golfcarts they rode on and drove it around the luch room(it had clear glass walls so everyone could see) and everyone laughed cuz he ran after me, but i got one day of o.c.s, he knew me pretty well so i got off easy. that was probably the funniest thing i did there. other than that i was a pretty good student those years.
id say the worst thing i did IN highschool was just steal a bunch of shit from random kids and sell it to people or give it to friends. but if were talking about things that happened OUT of class and carried over into class. than thats a whole different story. or stories.
well, back at public school, me and all my friends used to stink bomb attack the cafeteria and the hallways surrounding it on a weekly basis, skipped class often, id bring a flask of vodka everyday to put in my slushies at lunch, i dont think i payed for a full meal the entire year. at the school im at now, i once poured paint thinner on someones car for parking in the senior parking that wasnt supposed to be there, i got high on average 3-4 days a week at lunch, i smeared a bag full of shit on all the doors the night that last years seniors did their senior prank, ghost ride the whip a few times (got suspended for it too), and i just made a paddle last weekend, so ive paddled 2 freshman in the parking lot so far, many more to come.
My Science teacher in 10th grade said he didn't care if we fell asleep in class or not saying he didn't care if we didn't care about learning or not, he was just doing his job. The next day I walked into class with a pillow under my arm instead of my books...The man was a bold faced liar....
