I'm not talking about washing, but I noticed a few people over at knottylocks.tk say that they wet their hair daily because it helps the locking process, as long as you dry it completly(of course). Anyone know if this is true or not?

This is with only minor backcombing but mainly natural/neglect hair, btw.

    I have no idea!

Only time I get mine wet is when I was it each week, it gets too frizzy in the rain so I keep it covered!

I wouldn't bother. It probably helps, but making sure your completely dry your hair everyday is a mission its not worth your hair going moldy.

What they probably meant is just that you dont really have to use shampoo all the time. Sometimes, if you want to wash your hair but really need to, then wash it with just water. I dont know about everyday though. That depends on how often you want to have wet hair.

You mean helping to dread your hair, right? I remember when I wanted my hair to lock up, I spritzed salt water all over it and it definitely helped. I noticed almost immediately.
