had nachos for breakfast and supper. its worth mentioning that i virtually never eat "breakfast food" and eat general food-food of various sorts any time of day. so overnight i marinated a chickenbreast with some spricy green tomatillo salsa, a clove of fresh garlic minced, a teaspoon or two of fresh ground cumin, a little salt and some chilli powder. i then cut it into small pieces and stir fried it in a pan with olive oil, drained, and cut into smaller pieces still. i crumbled the meat over a bed of blue corn tortilla chips made with sesame seeds, which gives it a nice nutty kind of flavor. i added refried beans, salsa, and chopped tomatoes, and then topped with monterrey jack cheese and cooked. pretty freaking amazing breakfast! then for supper i just had a small helping of bean, cheese and salsa nachos
Oh great, now I crave chicken. Making homemade spaghetti sauce tomorrow... I think I'm going to thaw a couple pounds of boneless breast to throw in after it's cooked... Spaghetti feed for me-- with chicken!!
i made a homeade pizza the other day with tomatoes and green peppers. I made the dough and everything it was crazy how good it tasted to
I made thanksgiving again! Cause I had a frozen turkey that I had to take out of the freezer to make room for trader joes. I made the juiciest turkey (far better than my mother's DRY turkey.) She is a vegetarian afterall, and all the fixings. It was so great. I made a sweet potatoe pie too with a gingersnap crust, and gingersnap struesel topping. I started cooking at noon, and didn't stop until 6. Well there were a few drink breaks. I asked my mom to smoke pot with me, and showed her my weed and bong. But she wouldn't do it!
I love nachos, had them been vegetarian I would have stole them from you. So smart choice adding the chicken
