Hi, I was born with one testicle and it's something i worry about a lot. i haven't had sex much as a lot of the time i'm worried that women will laugh at my genitals.my penis is not very large either and this makes me worry more. so my question is, would a guy only having one testicle freak u out? wud it diminish the guy in your eyes? i've been with about four women and none of them ever really seemed to care that much. one described the one ball thing as 'kinky'. i don't really know what to think. i often think that when i'm with a woman she might notice, think to herself 'freak' and then not want anything more to do with me. am i just completely paranoid? the one person who i ever 'loved' said it didn't matter to her but i can never get over the feeling that deep down it did. either way, we broke up cos i was too ashamed of this. only let her see me naked once. that was ages ago. had this complex ever since. like i said, am i paranoid and just making something out of nothing??
rolander, Relax about it. Your not a walking crotch. Any woman worth being with is going to see you for more than a guy with one ball. If everything works your good to go. Most women have to deal with their breasts being different sizes. As we all know, no one notices womens breast all day all the time. I'm sure you've got lots to offer. Do you know how to treat a lady? I mean do you have the habit of beating, yelling, insulting, abusing them? I didn't think so. Rolander - it is no big deal. All you need is one of them. It won't affect your ability to have kids. The other testicle may be there, but just be undescended. You might have a doctor check this out. And most women don't really care about the size of your penis, unless it is too big to fit inside their vaginas.

My first Gay Sex encounter was with a guy who only had one testicle, due to a Rugby injury when he was at school. His penis was also very curved, apparently due to the same injury. However, despite these physical handicaps it didn't impair his sexual performance, and that, when it boils down to it, is the main thing. I have found that some men have very prominent testicles, whereas others (such as myself), despite the testicles being moreorless the same size are barely visible, either due to a large scrotal sac, or because of them riding higher than others.
