How do I get the liquid resin out of my bowl?

Umm, I have a question. How do I get the "liquid" resin out of my bowl? It's a metal piece, with 6 segments. The bowl resinates really good in the chamber, but the thing is, it's always liquid, so I cant scrape it. Is there an easy way to harden it up, so I can scrape it?

If this is in the wrong section, please move it to where it needs to be. If not, thank you to anyone who can help me with my stupidity. =)

 

dont try to scrape it right after smoking.
you can try to put it in the freezer for like 10 minutes. i did that to some melting resin and it worked fine.

Yes, I want to smoke it. It's not just "liquid" after I smoke, It's always "liquid" in the chamber, regardless of when I smoke. WIll putting it in the freezer really work? I was told it would fuck up the bowl. :S

 

you could always clean it out with rubbing alcohol (grain alcohol works better) then let the alcohol evaporate and then scrape off the resin. I found that allowing the liquid to evaporate in a pyrex dish works best cause when you go to scrape up the resin bits of metal and plastic doesn't scrape up with it.

Does the freezer really work? I'm curious. How long do you have to freeze it?

 

Ehh its a metal pipe anyways just ditch it. Go for a nice glass peice.

no it'll be really thick and you smoke it

 

But how long should it stay in the freezer? I've had it in there about 15 minutes now.
