Luckiest Day of my life

Hey every1 im 16 and i go to a school with only about 250 people and we have random drug tests every week.
I still smoke everyday because i heard rumors that their fake so i didnt care, So one day me and a couple of friends wanted to wake and bake before in the alley right by school. Only me and my guy are smoking a blunt while every1 else is having a square. about after 15 minutes we see some guy looking at us and on the phone, so we think nothing of it and right when we walk out of the alley the dean is sitting there staring at the corner where we were. And every1 ran but me and my one friend Mike, and he tells us to go to his office immidiently
By that time im tweaking out thinking im gonna smell like it and if i did 1 more thing i get expelled. well after we get in there apparently the guy didnt see the weed and he just saw us smoking ciggaretts so i got off the hook with a 15 dollar smoking fine and i returned to class

I didnt know they could drug test you in school. When did this start to happen, has anyone ever taken it up higher in the courts?

 

Its also a hair test to so i would be fucked if i got tested but luckily i never did before i transfored

 

That is crazy do they just pluck it or do your parents have to agree

You obviously don't go to a public school in the U.S. because that would be invasion of privacy and there's no way they would waste that much money on such expensive tests every week for no reason. Do you go to some disciplinary school or something? Or a rich private school for bad kids?

Dude your a damn liar... No school would give weekly hair tests... Do you know how expensive just one hair test is and they have to send it off to a lab and wait for results and did i mention.. its expensive as fuck! and why would they give weekly tests not many people in highschool do coke and stuff and thc stays in your systems around 30 days so they would just give monthly tests... and hair last 6 months to a year... if they did hair tests they would only have to do it once a semester or so...

 

yeah dude you're lucky as hell. like skullkidnate said, don't smoke on or near school grounds. why do so many people have difficulty with that concept??

 

I got kicked outta a public school and got sent to a private school thats like 7000 tuition, and they cut a little piece of hair out, but i did here that its fake but they really do cut the hair out but im not so sure they send it in cause every1 passes

 

the general rule of thumb is weed and school never mix. never worth it. if u search over this busted forum ull find a bunch of examples of getting expelled and loosing bunch's of trust with there parents.

 

no way they give hair tests, way too expensive.
The school I graduated from now has a drug testing program, but my nephew told me it was only for those signed up in athletics and sports, to prevent the use of steroids and crap. He told me they still test for drugs though.

it's a private one that he just said charges 7 grand tuition.

you don't know, they could do whatever they want with their money. maybe they really don't want druggies in their schools and they hairtest everyone before admitting them. or maybe its fake just to scare the kids from doing drugs, like he also just said.

 

From my experience when a school catches you with pot its the exact same punishment as cigs.

 

wait, did you say they CUT your hair? I'm pretty sure they need to pluck it out and get the hair folacle for the test to work.

Bringing drugs in school is dumb. I used to do it everyday not giving a shit thinking id never get searched selling methadone, once i had a ball of cocaine a fentanyl sucker methadone weed and a needle on me at once and im so glad i diddnt get searched especially considering on i was on all of those except the fentanyl and the needle i ended up never using and throwing away because i knew id kill myself if i started using drugs that way.
Eventually i got searched because the principal saw me leaving the bathroom after going in at the same time as another known pill user and we both got searched and i got in trouble for selling methadone and possessing 4. Luckily i got off easily and i only got suspended for 5 days and had to go to counseling because i go to an alternative school and the teachers knew i had an addiction and needed help and i was never violent and they knew i was depressed real bad.

 

my highschool does it, they do it on student drivers, and people in sports they do it on a weekly basis they taste about 60 kids a week in a school of 3,000

 

yeah my schools the same but theres no tests they just tell everyone that they do random searches but thats not true they only search u if u smell or look high

Ya, the THC actually gets stored in the hair and stays there as it grows out.
